Buceo España, Dive Playa del Carmen ask for a patial amount off the total price. The amount of money to pay depends of the type of service booked.
Booking is not confirmed without a paid deposit.
The amount to be paid will be from 1000 to 10 000 Mexican pesos maximum per person.

Once we have confirmation for the payment, We will confirm the booking and get back at you.
On the first day of diving full payment of the total amount is required. Any outstanding payment can be done in cash at our dive center oor by card, with a 4,5% commission
All our prices are shown in Mexican pesos (local currency), We do not take any other kind of currency.
All booking with more than 3 days of diving, if the client decides to cancel, the following will be refunded:
If no show or the client cancels less than 48 hours in advance no refund will be made.
Booking can be changed up to 24 hours before the dive, upon availability and if so we will try and find a suitable date for both parties.
In case the client doesn´t complete both dives, no refund will be made.
Cenote diving: Our guides can cancel the dive(s) at all times if the divers safety or enviroment is compromised. Our top priority is safety, should the dive be cancelled no kind of refund will be applied if the diver doesn´t follow the rules and conditions of cenote diving.
In case of climate event, external event or any other cause related and if Buceo España has to cancel the dive, a full refund will be made.
If the client damages or losses any or the totality of the equipment rented, they will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. The client is fully responsible for the equipment rented.
